ABOUT US

Alex began his career at Neil Funkhouser Artists Management, where he eventually assumed the position of artist manager. 

Deeply invested in the classical music industry as a whole, Alex is grateful to have been an invited speaker at a number of colleges and universities, including: Yale School of Music, the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, New England Conservatory, and Peabody Conservatory. In this capacity, he has also visited with artist development programs, including: Opera Theatre of Saint Louis’ Gerdine Young Artist Program, Music Academy (of the West), and the Merola Opera Program.

Alex has adjudicated a number of competitions, including the McCammon Voice Competition in Fort Worth, Texas, the Opera Birmingham Competition in Alabama, the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music's Opera Scholarship Competition, and the Academy of Vocal Arts' Giargiari Competition. Since 2018, he annually serves as a judge for the District and/or Regional levels of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition. This year, he joins the panels for the Juilliard School’s Honors Recital Auditions and Schmidt Vocal Arts' Undergraduate Vocal Competition.

Alex received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and is a native of Fairfax, Virginia.

Sarah Fraser began her work with Fletcher Artist Management in 2012, and is heavily involved in the day-to-day activities of managing a flourishing roster of vocalists, directors and conductors.

In this position, she benefits from her diverse background in the arts. She regularly enjoys working with young artists, having recently served as a judge for the Opera Birmingham Competition, as a panelist for Juilliard's Vocal Seminar, Merola, Opera America’s Career Blueprint Seminars and Feedback Auditions, and as a “Making Connections” panelist at the Glimmerglass Festival and Chautauqua Opera. She has also taught classes on the “Business of Singing” for Canto Vocal Programs.

Prior to her work in artist management, Ms. Fraser worked as a director, assistant director, and stage manager for companies including: the Castleton Festival, Opera Carolina, Opera Omaha, Chautauqua Opera, Central City Opera, Opera Manhattan, Opera Kansas, Bronx Opera, Salt Marsh Opera, and the North Shore Music Festival.

Sarah Fraser received her M.M in Opera Stage Directing from Florida State University, and a B.M. in Vocal Performance, magna cum laude, from Wichita State University. She is a native of McPherson, Kansas, and is based in New York City.

Alex Fletcher founded Fletcher Artist Management LLC with the primary goal of representing and advising a distinguished roster of classical artists.

 

The company’s holistic approach to management is centered around an investment in each artist’s personal and professional wellbeing.

Geoff Hahn is a passionate advocate of the operatic artform. He makes it his mission to support artists so they can flourish amongst the ever-increasing demands of the industry.

In April of 2022, he was appointed Director of Artistic Operations for the Lehrer Vocal Institute at the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara, California, where he operates during the summer.

 

Before transitioning to arts administration, Geoff enjoyed a career as an opera singer, performing with companies and festivals such as the Houston Grand Opera, Wolf Trap Opera, Aspen Summer Music Festival, and the Music Academy of the West.

Geoff is a graduate of the Columbia-Juilliard Exchange Program with a degree in Sustainable Development and received his M.M. in Vocal Performance from the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University. He is a native of Carpinteria, California, and currently resides in Houston, Texas.
